• Team Jerseys and Tournaments!

• Food & Drinks
• The MUC and/or Beverly Hills Academy facilities will be used.

Please completed the registration form and include a check to the Unity Center Office.

• $250.00(Members)
• $275.00 (Non-Members)
• If your child is 14 or older, the fee is $75.00.
• Please note that there is a $25 additional jersey fee if needed.
